1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and not installed.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
The return must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
The product must be in new and resalable condition.
Electrical products that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Products without original packaging
Items returned without invoice or proof of purchase
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Order number and invoice
After verification, we will arrange a replacement product.
4. Replacement Policy
ElectricalSouq currently provides replacement only for eligible returns. Refunds are generally not provided unless a replacement is unavailable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement product will be shipped to the customer.
5. Refund Policy
In cases where a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or the original payment method.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, ElectricalSouq will cover the return shipping cost.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions:
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled before the item has been shipped for a full refund.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.shipment fee will be debited
